SHIPPING DESTINATION
We currently ship within Morocco only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.
During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

ORDER TRACKING
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received your shipping confirmation within a reasonable time after placing your order, please contact us.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
HOUSE OF KAZU is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts or if the package is refused without a valid reason, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, shipping charges are non-refundable, and additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
