Return & Refund Policy

At KAZU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return has been approved, simply place a new order for the item you would like instead.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
